Emergency Care

            Call 911 or your local emergency number

Seek emergency care if you believe there is an immediate, serious threat to your health or life.  If you are unable to call 911, ask someone to call for you or take you to the nearest emergency care facility.

Emergency medical conditions include (but are not limited to):

  • Suspected heart attack or stroke
  • Sudden or extreme difficulty breathing
  • Bleeding that will not stop or deep cuts
  • Major burns
  • Seizures
  • Sudden and severe headache or abdominal pain
  • Poisoning or suspected poisoning

Urgent Needs

            Call 509-688-6700 for triage/possible same day appointment

Urgent needs are conditions that require prompt medical attention but do not pose an immediate, serious threat to your health or life.

Urgent medical conditions include:

  • Increasingly painful ear infection
  • Sore throat
  • Sprained ankle


            If you need to contact us after-hours, we have a physician on-call for urgent clinical questions. Please call 509-688-6700 and you will be directed to our after-hours physician on call. Extended weekday and Saturday hours available at select locations.  If after-hours care is needed, the physician on call can assist you with the options for care that are right for you.
